I’m obsessed with really good food, fun vacations, cool music, cheesy jokes and I really, really, really LOVE photography.

I am a photographer that works out of both New York City and Connecticut and I love shooting couples, engagements, weddings, kids & families, and I am always down to travel anywhere!

60 Days

So this post is a little long over due, but here goes. Two months ago, today, I, Natasha, wedding photographer, got to be a full-fledged Bride! I got to marry my very best friend in the entire world, and I got to stand in front of all my most favorite people and declare to the world that I love this person more than life. Shaking and quivering (literally) from embarrassment of having to stand in front of so many people (hey, this girl is used to being behind the camera, not in front of it!), everything but the two of us melted away, the people, the sounds, the clicks of the cameras, I dont recall a thing all I remember is seeing his face, his eyes winking back at me, him squeezing my hands in his and the words coming from his mouth, everything else literally disappeared from sight. Exactly like they say! Its so cliche!

Quietly, in between sobs, in horribly broken spanish I declared my love and my vow to love forever. It was the most incredible moment of my life. Not to mention, the latter part of the day where we got to have a serious dance party with all our friends and family and boogied the night away. Knowing that everyone there was only there for one reason...to celebrate us, was the most crazy, cool thing that I had ever experienced! To think, 125 people, plus 3 really rambunctious little kids, were there because of me and Jon, and only for that reason is still, to this day, terribly overwhelming and makes my heart swell and beam with gratitude.

I loved every last minute, the energy was so toxic, I wish you could bottle up that feeling. I can honestly say, it was the greatest day in my life, no matter how terribly cheesy it may sound, but its so true! It was as every bit, 100%, US, and we did it our way. It was the craziest, rock-n-roll, kick-ass bash of the century and that is most certainly what we got and its all I ever wanted! To share and celebrate with our friends and family was such a blessing, to make everyone feel like we took them out to dinner at our favorite restaurant and then out dancing & drinking at our favorite bar was one of the highlights of our night.

MY. FAVORITE. DAY. EVER!

Marriage is such a cool thing and I feel so blessed to have joined the club. So.... happy 2 month anniversary to my Husband ;-)

Plus, honeymooning is so kick-ass! I wish you could do it every year, island hoping in Greece is like the 2nd greatest thing ever, next to marrying my partner in crime of course!
