Family Session

I am so happy to share this session, it was a hilarious, candy & cupcake filled day at the Stamford Nature Museum & Crumbs Cupcakes! Bridget & Dan, their awesome 2 kids I've know since birth, plus one really important blue snow hat (!) made for an amazing fall day. I had too much fun, rolling around in the dirt with these 4!








We finally got the hat off, for a hot minute!!

...and that's only because we were going to indulge in giant cupcakes! Obviously!

I never said I was good with power tools

So I "thought" I knew how to put things together, I "figured" putting some Ikea furniture together would be a breeze! I mean, c'mon, that big, modern, store, with all the friendly people and the cool furnishings....they make it seem so easy!! Two days later of spending all of my time on the floor, crying, trying to put this stupid bookcase together, I BREAK it! You'll notice that the top right block is larger than the others, I swear I was gently trying to move the thing when it just snapped. So my bookcase will have to remain asymmetrical because I no longer have the patience for anything Ikea anymore. Along with my funny looking bookcase I purposely choose to have a tiny, baby christmas tree this year. It's tiny and cute, thank you very much!

Lana + Peter | Engaged! Central Park

Street musicians serenaded this entire engagement shoot, and it was so, so, so romantic! Lana & Peter, were the sweetest, nicest people I have ever met, I enjoyed every minute I got to spend with these two who met while studying at Penn State. Years later, and a lot of long distance travel later, these two are getting married next year at the university that brought them so much love!

Together we strolled around Central Park on a chilly Fall day, chasing the sun around and once it set we finished our session at the Plaza (my first trip there ever!) for a drink which was soooo good!
