It may be 100 plus degrees out, and everyone is saying how crazy hot it is, but the only feeling running through your body is the excited butterflies in your stomach. You dont notice the heat, you dont notice the sweat running down your face, all you feel is your heart about to jump through your chest, its swollen with so much love you feel like you might burst because your about to see the person you love most in this world. Your both all dressed up and your about to shout to the entire world that you promise to love each other forever and you think to yourself, "Be still little heart, be still...today is going to be the first day of the rest of my life."
Being able to shot my friend Meghan's wedding to Carrie was such an honor and privilege. It was a day filled with love, family, friends and most importantly dancing. From the first look, to the incredible band, it was all an incredible thing to be apart of and most importantly be able to participate in and share with Meghan & Carrie. I was so happy to be there.
A special thanks to Danya Jimenez who 2nd shot for me.
Danya's view on the left, my view on the right

Erica + Mike | Married! The Inn at Longshore
There's a million & one things that can go wrong at a wedding, but there is also that one thing that can go so right, that one moment thats so amazing that it blows your mind, its burned into your memory forever and makes all the hard work worthwhile.
That moment you first see each other, that moment you see her walk down the isle. In the chaos that is a wedding day, all you have is those special private moments that only you two can share, only you two can understand. That weird mind reading thing you both can do to one another, when you lock eyes, and know that the other knows exactly what your thinking without saying a word. That...that, is what truly matters, that moment when you both think to yourself, we did it, we're here and I L.O.V.E you and you both know your thinking the same exact thing at the same exact moment, even though your standing at an alter with a million & one eyes starring at you and theres guests, photographers, videographers, waiters and bartenders and they are all staring and gawking at you, but you dont seem to notice that and they all melt away for your eyes, your heart, your soul is locked on the person standing in front of you holding your hands. Moments like that are why I love weddings.
Erica & Mike's wedding day at the beautiful Inn at Longshore, is why I love my job, why I love my camera, and why I love my clients! From the first look they choose to do, to the dancing all night with their families, it was a beautiful, fun and intimate day, plus they had a rainbow on their wedding day, so you really cant beat that!
Enjoy!
How many people can say they had a RAINBOW on their wedding day?!?!?! A real rainbow?!?! It was so cool, and I was so happy for Erica & Mike, talk about good luck!
